Graduated of an MBA in Paris, in addition to having more than 15 years of experience in retail in Italy and abroad, Aalrik was an executive as a member of the group board of KIABI, a multinational retail company (billing more than 2 billion with more than 500 stores in 19 countries). In 2022, he creates AVS Retail Consulting with a mission: «To be present in every moment of our clients' retail project»

As well as having worked with the franchise Galler, today he collaborates with FranchiseBiz to find and select affiliates for YellowKorner and Iris Galerie, develops the chain Dreams Donuts and represents the agency international NellyRodi in Italy.

He is fluent in Italian, French, English and Spanish.
